Ruby Cup Returns to Troy
The annual FarmHouse Leadership Institute (FLI) commenced with the Troy University Chapter claiming several awards, namely, the 2022 Ruby Cup. This marks the third time in the chapter’s 27-year history that the cup will be in Troy. The Ruby Cup is the most prestigious award that can be presented to a FarmHouse chapter and is awarded each year to the most outstanding chapter of the International Fraternity based on dozens of criteria. It is a traveling award that the top chapter gets to display for the year following their selection.
